No, not a bird bath, a drinking fountain.
Every so often, I'll come across some ordinary object that strikes a delightful chord. I came across these two styles of drinking fountains in Parcul Herastrau and was absolutely smitten. Note the drinking cup courteously left on top of the first fountain should you have forgotten yours. You can turn up the spray on the second fountain about three feet, another very courteous feature to prevent the tall set from having to stoop down to drink.
