I finally made it across the street to the beautiful Parcul Herastrau. Up here in the northern section of the city, there is a huge park and today Charlotte and I enjoyed a lovely walk through a portion of it.
As we strolled, we heard some music in the distance . . . is that Disney's "Bare Necessities"? Sure enough, we found a little outdoor amphitheater that was having a free puppet show, not the "Jungle Book" (that was just prelude), but something involving a cat and prince. . . maybe puss in boots? Got to get to work on that Romanian. Lucru la limba romana. See, it's coming along.
